everything, but it's a good basis to start. Just don't be boosting to the moon on it and keep it safe until you can see what the A/F ratio is. Just remember that a "chip" is generic and is generally a good baseline. For pushing the car to its limit you really need to have a "chip" custom tuned for your specific car / mods / etc. The only way to do that is have your car run on a dyno (preferably one that loads the car up - i.e. Dynopack) with measurement of A/F ratio etc. Typically, a tuner will run the car on the dyno, see what the numbers are, retune the "chip", run again, tweak some more, and repeat until the tune is exact. During this, they may start off at a wastegate boost and slowly increase the boost for every run on the dyno. As for tuning, sure, Specialty Z can tune it, but you still need to run it on a dyno with a plot of A/F ratio for them to tune it. Harry @ Ztuner can do the same for you. The only thing with this is that if several dyno runs are required (to get the results / tune that you want), it could take a while. Honestly, you have spent all this money to this point, why not get Nistune?
